I have a contest in June so I will be fairly lean. How much weight can you expect to lose at NTC in July/August as an 11B? I'm a competitive strength athlete and would like to maintain mass? 2018-02-08T09:22:41-05:00 SSG(P) Private RallyPoint Member 3334578 <div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>I&#39;m a competitive strength athlete and would like to maintain mass and protect my strength as best as possible. When I was stationed there with OPFOR, I would say the average weight loss was probably 3-5 pounds. But then, OPFOR wasn&#39;t in the box as long as BLUFOR was. And that was 20 years ago. We would do strength exercises with ammo cans to maintain fitness standards Response by WO1 Private RallyPoint Member made Feb 8 at 2018 11:17 AM 2018-02-08T11:17:06-05:00 2018-02-08T11:17:06-05:00 SSG Brian L. 3335259 <div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>way too many variables.... totally a personal question...what is your metabolism like? what is your mission set? will you leave the truck? do you have excess mre&#39;s? just to get started.... but seriously man mission first... mission, men, you.... as an NCO and a Soldier that should be your mentality Response by SSG Brian L. made Feb 8 at 2018 12:08 PM 2018-02-08T12:08:39-05:00 2018-02-08T12:08:39-05:00 1SG Private RallyPoint Member 3335342 <div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>There are plenty of folks that don&#39;t eat all of their MREs. I bet you can supplement your intake with these extra tasty portions. I was typically eating an MRE and a half a day.
