I’m afraid if I turn in my College Transcripts it will hurt my chances of being selected? I have passed maybe half of my classes the 2 separate times I attended school. (On the bright side I’ve got a stellar track record on the military side of things.)How much will my college transcripts affect my WOCS packet?2018-06-26T22:35:19-04:00SSG Private RallyPoint Member3745952<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>I’m filling out my Warrant Officer Application and my grades in college were not very good. The board will be focused on your military experience to ensure that you meet the prerequisites. Many applicants have some sort of moral waiver, blemishes from school, or even infractions while in the military. You have to sell yourself as to why the warrant officer Cohort needs you. Speak to a senior Warrant for more clarity also, if you haven’t already.Response by CW2 Private RallyPoint Member made Jun 26 at 2018 10:41 PM2018-06-26T22:41:19-04:002018-06-26T22:41:19-04:001SG Private RallyPoint Member3746031<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>Only the fact that you were conferred a degree has meaning for this. Most of the emphasis will be placed on your NCOERs and 1059s. When you fill out your military resume and list your professional military education, be sure to discuss how you have used that education to improve as a Soldier and how you apply it to your daily military activityResponse by 1SG Private RallyPoint Member made Jun 26 at 2018 11:30 PM2018-06-26T23:30:45-04:002018-06-26T23:30:45-04:00CW3 Private RallyPoint Member3748880<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>If you have the degree, the SME status in the Army, and meet all the other benchmarks, you should be good.Response by CW3 Private RallyPoint Member made Jun 27 at 2018 8:14 PM2018-06-27T20:14:55-04:002018-06-27T20:14:55-04:00WO1 Private RallyPoint Member3757921<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>Turn them in! Any small infraction that could compromise your security clearance is tabulated; this includes your social media interactions, traffic violations, debt etc. Your civilian education only matters if you completed degree; your transcripts will be visible but the board only has a few minutes for each packet...your resume has to be solid and your last 10 NCOERS have to be strong. Your Army career from when you entered the service will be scrutinized...if you had UCMJ...don't bother.Response by CW3 Private RallyPoint Member made Apr 6 at 2019 7:18 PM2019-04-06T19:18:42-04:002019-04-06T19:18:42-04:00SFC Private RallyPoint Member6250755<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>Do you just submit unofficial transcripts with your packet or do you need to request official ones to go with?
