I also have good friends always looking for a supplemental edge. I used cell and nitro tech 14 years to aid in protein supplementation and weight gain but I only cycled through those for a year and that's it. Happens in other industries as well as drug companies "free sample" the heck out of doctors to get them to write RXs for the product. They also have all expenses paid trips to a resort for a "seminar" which takes about an hour out of the 3 days. Lot's of rackets everywhere. My response to them is I don't think any of them are good, I don't believe in them. I believe fat burners are cop out for people who don't have the discipline to stay away from fast and or junk foods, or those people who don't want to workout but want to lose weight or even those people who do workout but don't want to do cardio or eat right. I believe the best way to lose fat is to work hard in the gym and eat right because they both have so many benefits to your health and well being. To be honest I don't take any of them, just stick to a good diet an exercise. It isn't a fast process but it works, but these days the old fashioned way doesn't seem to be the way people want to go.
