I never really even knew what plyometric exercises were until I first did P90X about 8 year ago. Damn, that's exhausting. I fully embraced plyometric moves about 4 years ago when I was introduced to Insanity by a few of my Soldiers. I now include plyometric exercises into my workout at least 3 times a week. I do the PlyoX routine two to three times a week. About 12 years ago my triglycerides got out of wack because I wasn't sleeping and exercising enough. So I fixed both bad habits and my numbers cleared up. Now I'm 51 and feel great.
