In the Old days, there were many fights on Clubs. The ARMY vs. AIR FORCE vs. MARINES. So the rules were 5 m of Fight, 3 to get out and 2 to get to your car before the MP show....

I suspect it is for something more recent than when I enlisted in 1974 SSG (Join to see). To be honest it means nothing to me; but, I suspect it means something to supply personnel.
