SPC Private RallyPoint Member 4331104 <div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>I am in the Army Reserves and looking to attach to a Deployment after July 2019. I have been continuously looking in Tour of Duty, however, nothing that far is available or have a slim chance there on the website. I am green on everything as well. Would I be able to find a unit myself that is deploying or how would I go about this ? How should I go about finding an AD unit or Reserve unit deploying? 2019-01-31T09:40:04-05:00 SPC Private RallyPoint Member 4331104 <div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>I am in the Army Reserves and looking to attach to a Deployment after July 2019. You type in your rank, all your MOS&#39;s and it will show you what&#39;s available. Since I have retied I can&#39;t remember that site nor have access to my AKO to get it off my email. I had it at one point because I use to look. Hopefully someone can send you the link. I know back in 2007 when I was a UA in the 88th all I had to do was call this Major with the soldiers information and if he had an MOS that was in need they would get orders cut and deployed with one of our sister units. But I would depend on your MOS and the needs of the unit deploying. Plus just trying to find a unit yourself means your commander must be willing to let you go. If the orders come down from higher your commander may not have much say in it. Additionally, attempt to join a MCPOD. Response by SPC Private RallyPoint Member made Jan 31 at 2019 12:35 PM 2019-01-31T12:35:39-05:00 2019-01-31T12:35:39-05:00 2019-01-31T09:40:04-05:00
