Since I am an Army veteran I wear them according to Army guidelines for wear. I see from your info that you are a member of the Air Force Reserve. As such wear your decorations in accordance with the AFR governing the wear of minis on civilian attire. I doubt any Marines carry USAF uniform regs around in their hip pocket.
