How strict is the medical evaluation? https://www.rallypoint.com/answers/how-strict-is-the-medical-evaluation <div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>Hello I am 16 years old and am planning on enlisting into the air force in May (soft book program). In 2017 I had a surgery to shave down a small piece of skull (non-invasive Chiari malformation surgery). Everything went as planned and I have been told by two doctors I am physically ok to join the military. Will it be possible to get a waiver ? Is any specific branch easier to enter? Do doctors notes help in this process? It will probably require a waiver, but it shouldn&#39;t be that hard to pass. TSgt David Holman Mon, 24 Feb 2020 22:30:37 -0500 2020-02-24T22:30:37-05:00 2020-02-24T19:58:37-05:00
