How successful are PTSD diagnoses in court for military discharge upgrades (e.g. Court of Federal Claims, Appeals Court, Supreme Court)?

I received a diagnosis earlier from this year and was just wondering with discharge upgrades how potent a diagnosis like PTSD would be and for other diagnoses I have as well with the VA ie. Major Depressive Disorder and Generalized Anxiety Disorder at 50%? There are many other elements in my case to help me but if we were to highlight diagnoses and the proven fact in my case that they discharged me wrongfully with a Personality Disorder that I've never been diagnosed with since the military, what're the odds, decent?

I see you said that you've petitioned the AFBCMR after a stay was issued. So, just wait on that. I'm not sure why you're looking for approval of others. You've obviously posted stuff on here before which is why you're getting snippy with those with a crap ton of more experience than you. You're trying to justify everything and give us reasonings for things, but honestly, it doesn't matter what we think. Go through the process with what you're doing and leave it at that. The RallyPoint community isn't going to give you sympathy based on all of your previous posts. Your attitude that comes across in these posts show us that you being discharged originally was probably for good reason. You don't have to agree with it or not, but the fact remains that those commenting on here have done or did exactly what was required of us to get an honorable discharge. You, however, did some things that had the AF not give you a straight honorable discharge. Commands don't just go out of their way to give someone something other than an honorable discharge. You have to have done something that got you to this point.
So, my advice is to stop posting and trying to make yourself feel better in your arguments by putting down others. You're the one in a sticky situation. Keep your crap off of social media and just let the process play out. If you win, you win. If you don't, you don't.

SGT Chris Stephens you’re insinuating I’m unintelligent to not know that everything you type out becomes an electronic footprint. When you say nasty garbage like that and hound me in your postings and EXPECT I won’t say something back, you’re sorely mistaken.

A1C Jordan Brenner - Just be done with all of this. You're accomplishing nothing by all of this. You've gotten the feedback, so just be done with it.

SGT Chris Stephens You all can continue to cry to a mod, makes not one iota difference in my case even if they suspended me or whatever. I’m not intimidated by any of you, understand?

I got a straight honorable discharge; you're just delusional which is beyond pathetic.
I’m actually surprised you are still at this. Your odds are as high as you actually winning this non-sense lawsuit. You clearly don’t understand why your case keeps getting bumped between courts.
Using PTSD as an excuse for your behavior is crazy. You don’t deserve 3 1/2 years back pay for a justified discharge.
You just seem salty for getting kicked out

MSgt Paul Connors no see, this is where you s*** and slid in it. You came to my post and started your dumpster talk. If anyone’s the loser, it’s you.

I'm 100% P&T now buddy o' friend of mine
What is your goal here with this question? Have you addressed this with a lawyer that specializes in this realm of law? Of not, then do so because we here on RP are not lawyers (well, not all of us). If you have, then why post the question here? Validation of your claim? Wanting Senior ranking folks to write a letter on your behalf? What is your intent?

My intent was laid out pretty clearly by me asking given the circumstances highlighted above, is a discharge upgrade likely or not?

A1C Jordan Brenner and again, you're asking a large pool of people who are not lawyers expert in this field. We honestly have no way of knowing. I ask again, what is your intent with the question? I am tracking what you are asking, but not tracking why you are asking a bunch of non lawyers a legal question. Especially one as this.

MSG (Join to see) - I don't expect a lawyer to stroll through but someone experienced from a similar understanding or an understanding of leniency through the courts would have a better picture.
