How to accept DTMS Updates from Leader's "My Training" tab?

My PSG's have started updating all their APFT and Weapons in the AKO "My Training" tab under small unit leader. It has not been transferring over so I can approve it in DTMS and update ERBs (Or maybe I don't know where to go to update it). Does anyone know how to do this?
