Maybe I’m not the best researcher, but I can’t find the answer. I am prior service however, I don’t want to be verified as a veteran with my DD214 since I just commissioned this month. I’m still waiting on orders to report to my first unit. The only documents I have is a DA71 and a memorandum stating that I’ve been appointed. Would these documents work? Or should I hurry up and wait. Thank you to all in advance.
