How to encrypt with S/MIME from outlook web app from personal computer ?

But trying to set up encryption tool is not coming up.<br /><br />There is instruction online to install/set up S/MIME in outlook.<br />OWA Options -> See All Options->S/MIME Control->Install<br /><br />I can't even see the S/MIME option in the all options. <br />Anyone has found workaround ?
