Phase 1? Do you mean CCC? How did you get 1LT without BOLC?<br /><br />For CCC there is an at home On-Line distance learning part which apparently is &quot;not required&quot; to take Phase 1 and Phase 2 because many are having technical difficulties. But you will need to complete it in order to graduate CCC (I actually did knock this out, and when I saw the e-mail traffic about system updates at the start of the year I FREAKED OUT and rushed to finish before 31-DEC.
