<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>Contact your local recruiting office. You can do an APFT with them and they can fill out your scorecard and sign it. Then give a copy to your unit and have it updated in the system to have your commander remove the flag.MAJ Private RallyPoint MemberSat, 13 Mar 2021 19:33:06 -05002021-03-13T19:33:06-05:00Response by SSG Brian G. made Mar 13 at 2021 7:58 PM

<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>Does your Sgt not get with the training NCO, 1sg and Commander? There has been guidance on this passed down from almost the start of COVID. <br /><br />The short and sweet of it is that the only ones required to take an APFT are those that have failed one and are flagged. Take it, score 60+ in each of the three events and the flag is lifted simple as that.SSG Brian G.Sat, 13 Mar 2021 19:58:40 -05002021-03-13T19:58:40-05:00Response by SGM Jeff Mccloud made Mar 13 at 2021 8:36 PM

<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>The APFT is still authorized for anyone who has a current APFT flag only.<br />If your unit refuses to conduct an APFT due to COVID, find an adjacent unit, Guard or Reserve, that will conduct the test for flags.SGM Jeff MccloudSat, 13 Mar 2021 20:36:23 -05002021-03-13T20:36:23-05:00Response by MSG Private RallyPoint Member made Mar 14 at 2021 6:54 AM

<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>If you have a Flag for Record APFT failure prior to the switch to ACFT, then you need to take an APFT to get unflagged. This can be easily administered because per the APFT standards, not including you, 5 people are needed to staff the APFT IOT administer one to you. A Timer and Back Up Timer. An OIC and an NCOIC. A Grader. Social distancing can be maintained by everyone with the exception of the Grader and the one taking the APFT. But, this can be taken care of by the Grader wearing a mask. The person holding your feet for the Sit Up portion (whomever that would be) would need to wear a mask as well. Either way, this can be accomplished rather easily. Pass it. Flag lifted. You switch to the ACFT next time you take one. Easy peasy.MSG Private RallyPoint MemberSun, 14 Mar 2021 06:54:47 -04002021-03-14T06:54:47-04:00Response by SFC Melvin Brandenburg made Mar 14 at 2021 8:16 AM

<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>Everything I've seen is that if you are flagged for APFT you must pass an APFT to be unflagged before you can move on to the ACFT. Currently failing the ACFT will not result in a flag.SPC Private RallyPoint MemberSun, 14 Mar 2021 09:19:08 -04002021-03-14T09:19:08-04:00Response by SSG Byron Hewett made Mar 14 at 2021 6:08 PM
