How to solve user error - Influencer Score Details tooltip?

Tried searching, likely double user error, does anyone know how to reveal the tooltip intended by the blue "?" when looking at your RP Influence Score Details. (see attached).

Tried 3 browsers (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, all latest versions), no tool tip appears, and the blue "?" image appears unclickable. Unable to find the equivalent of https://www.rallypoint.com/influence on the mobile app.

You should be able to hover over it and let sit there for a couple of seconds. It will appear.
