I&#39;ve used it. I&#39;m currently in Texas because of it. It&#39;s too easy to apply. Pretty simple, step by step. The hardest problem is that currently, it&#39;s only accessible on a government computer so unless you live near an armory, it&#39;s kind of a pain in the ass to keep up with.
