Rossman - you mention a Veteran Mentor Network (VMN), clue this veteran into the whereabouts of this Network. A lot of companies will not pay for a relocation package. You can try asking for bonus or a sign on check that is deducted from your annual salary and they may go with the process. Have your looked at linked in or indeed.com for Michigan area. USAJobs might list something for the federal employment. You mention the CAPM, what other certs do you have, PMP (CAPM), CISA, CISM, CGEIT, CISSP or event the CIPP.
