I have 2 NCOERs both were High Qualified so nothing bad there but I do have a company grade article 15 and am unsure how I was selected for QMP for this. How will Company Grade Article 15s influence your QMP selection? 2021-07-15T15:13:04-04:00 SSG Private RallyPoint Member 7110299 <div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>I am a SSG FA section chief and I have 6 years TIS I was notified of my selection for QMP process today. This would be from the action. When I read the regulation on it it just states an Article 15. So that would be it. The QMP board is pretty aggressive when selecting those that qualify. You just have to go through the process. They are not trying to separate those that benefit the Army. The rub is going to be where in your Rating Period did you get the Article 15. Current or past rating period? If it&#39;s the current, then it will depend on how the NCOER is written. Personally, I think you should be fine. A negative NCOER with did not meet standards, a GOMOR, failed NCOES, and being directly referred by your Brigade Commander are reasons for triggering QMP. Your QMP notice will state the reason you were notified Response by SFC Private RallyPoint Member made Jul 16 at 2021 1:06 AM 2021-07-16T01:06:04-04:00 2021-07-16T01:06:04-04:00 CSM Darieus ZaGara 7111646 <div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>How old is the Company grade and what it was for will impact the process. If your NCOERs are post the AR15 then the chances are less that you would be selected. If the AR15 is the most recent evaluation of your actions/performance there is a greater chance of selection. Maybe this will give you a little bit better insight of the QMP board! Good luck maybe it will not process through and go your way I guess my question really is why a QNP board with only six years of service they usually hold that later for your longer time in service E sixes or E sevens and above that cannot get promoted! Which I was 11 bang bang so I am unsure if that is the same for FA or not <div class="pta-link-card answers-template-image type-default"> <div class="pta-link-card-picture"> </div> <div class="pta-link-card-content"> <p class="pta-link-card-title"> <a target="blank" href="https://mymilitarylawyers.com/practice-areas/army-qmp/">The Army Qualitative Management Program</a> </p> <p class="pta-link-card-description">If you have been denied continued service by the Army Qualitative Management Program process, you have the option to appeal the QMP decision.</p> </div> <div class="clearfix"></div> </div> Response by SGT Richard Youngblood made Jul 16 at 2021 8:47 AM 2021-07-16T08:47:21-04:00 2021-07-16T08:47:21-04:00 SGT Private RallyPoint Member 7113127 <div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>during a quick google search I found a potential saving grace.<br />&quot;Documents that can trigger a QMP screening must be based on performance or conduct that occurred during a Soldiers current grade.
