How would a platoon/ section get a E6 transferred. For undo harassment and favoritism toward others?
In the Army. They want to go to the Capt. or transfer out of the platoon/ section? There are at least 4 pvts. Being harrassed, belittled and embarrassed. By the E6?

Look you don't transfer your problems to someone else. Every unit has an open door policy for all leaders- SQL, PSG,1SG,CO, CSM, Bn Cdr. etc. First the need to ta;lk to their PSG. Keep in mind this is 2nd or 3rd hand, and many Pvt's think people are picking on them, because they are getting worked.

First of all, a platoon or section doesn't get an E6 transferred to resolve a problem.

To be fair, you are getting the story second-hand, and one-sided.

You get the PSG, 1SG and CO involved.
The command will determine if there was harassment, misconduct, EO-specific violations, etc.
And they will look at both sides of the story.

Sometimes you really do just have a bad NCO (because someone previous didn't want to be the bad guy to write the bad NCOER that was deserved):
If the SSG is found to be in violation of anything above, then he gets moved out of the position with a relief for cause NCOER, rather than making him someone else's problem.

More often though, you have PVTs that don't like their job or their SL (because they are still adjusting not just to the military and separation from home and family, but also to their first full-time job ever):
If it is determined that this is just a case of not stellar PVTs who just don't like constructive criticism, taskings or corrective training, and are calling that harassment, then they will just need to learn how to Army, or how to count down to their ETS.
This situation can be worse in a squad or platoon where too many E1-E2s showed up at or close to the same time, with too few E4's with experience still there.

My son is a E4 and this E6 back when he was a E5 went into his room drunk and went after him verbally threatening him as well. this was seen by the roommate. This E6 also has gone after other men This E6 was once USMC and now He's Army. The men have been there awhile. The E5 they went to, knows the E6s behavior. But said he.s leaving in 2mo. And the other E5 my son said he's not sure of will back them. This E6 goes after my son. One reason is because of his super religious in his belief. This was seen by another Sgt and was told to back off. My son is not the only one being harassed. I believe this newly promoted E6 wants them to be better than the rest. That's why all these PT tests {not on the book tests] or he's trying too get people out. He makes certain people run extra miles even if they make time. Now my son said Today the run was on a track they were not allowed to run. There's more. PS This E6 has a drinking problem Known by the men and Sgts also. except Brass? Maybe he's not using AA to it's fullest. if he goes.

LCpl Sandy Moran - This does sound like a case of just a bad NCO, who needs to be relieved and definitely needs to be referred to ASAP.
This starts with the 1SG and CO, not some other E5.
