I believe I was told i can reenlist with a waiver when I got out but how would I aquire a waiver and for what exactly? Some context to help: Discharge, uncharacterized, AR 635-200 Ch11, JGA RE-3, entry level <br />I joined at 18. Had alot going on back at home and could not adapt. I am now 27 with a family of my own and starting rotc next semester in college and would like to reenlist if possible. Ch 11 is very broad and covers a lot of circumstances, without all the specifics it&#39;s hard to really advise you. If you qualify for ROTC, how do you not qualify for re-enlistment? One problem I see is you are blaming problems back home, which disacossiates your responsibility for the failure of the enlistment. This is common....maybe you just didn&#39;t like it. He/she can let you know your options and what has to be done so you can re-join the Army. Good Luck to you....
