How would I go about accessing my last PULHES information from the Reserves?

If you're going directly into the reserves your unit it should be able to pull it. If you're going through a recruiter either they or MEPS should be able to pull it.

Are you still in the Reserves? If so log into your AKO and on the right side click medical readiness
