How would I go about adding correspondence courses to my ERB after a break in service?

During my first contract I completed hundreds of hours of correspondence courses. My Attrs unofficial transcript still shows all of the courses I completed, but they don’t reflect on my ERB. Is there a way for those to get manually inputed on to my erb?

Go to PAC with the transcripts and ask to have them added to your 201 file/promotion packet. Job done. If necessary, submit them with a DA 4187.
Hi SGT, you might want to call the DA ERB, and ask them how you can go about incorporating transcripts, correspondence courses into ERB, ask them is there a website for this type of upload, or, if you can send them forward. if so remember to get the point of contact that you spoke with and their number for future reference. If you send anything forward to your records always send it certified so that you will have a record okay! Hope this was helpful... Good Luck :-) .

Hi Sgt, just in case, are you an E-5, or E-6, if you an E-6, the previous info. sent is for E-6 an above, for E-5, you can submit this info. at your PAC, get a copy of your actions submitted. Then give it a few weeks and call your personnel records department and ask them if they see any transcripts etc., submitted into your records, get the POC, that you spoke to for your reference.
