Probably the same way I do with every President. Wait and see how they turn out. There are many examples of someone who before they got in seemed like they wouldn't do a good job and turned out great but the opposite also holds true as well.

on the one hand, I think it would be very dangerous to have such an egomaniac become POTUS...
but then again, if he did, and nothing happened, it would prove that it really doesn't matter who becomes POTUS (checks and balances levels everything out).
if he does become POTUS, he will tell us that he was the best pres ever!!

Depends on the options. If it was him or Hillery then I would be dancing in the streets. If it was him or Sanders I would give a little "Whew". If it was him or Webb I would be crying uncontrollably.

Well if you thought Bush Jr was bad, Obama was worse, we're about to enter the 36 levels of hell with Trump. But the southern states will have the nicest and greatest wall ever made, and Mexico will build it. Trump will make them do it, and they will...problem is it'll be built to keep us in, and allow everyone else to get in. And then if you have a "questionable" name or religion, you better change it or the FBI will be tapping everything you do and have Hoover style files on your family and friends. I might have to change my first name from Warren to John (don't want anything to happen with someone else sharing a name that could be tied to war or pain), and shave. Maybe get a tattoo showing the world I'm Christian?

I have less concern who the president is vs. the crowd he/she brings in. Reagan had a great cabinet because he knew he wasn't the sharpest guy in the room. He surrounded himself with even tempered and balanced experts. When you have a president who dishes out appointments for political reasons, you guarantee poor performance. The reason morale is so low at the Secret Service, DoJ, Intel community, etc. are the dopey political bosses in charge which squash honest hard working people. Other agencies, EPA being the most notable, love it as they are allowed to run amok. So, before I vote, I wish I could evaluate the appointment list in advance. That wouldn't work in reality but I'd like the candidates to tell me what type of people they'll bring in and what their priorities will be. That is doable.

It could be a good thing for the Nation. He is smart enough to realize he is not the expert in all situations and would have a staff of "experts" to assist him, like some other good Presidents have done. He would not take crap from the other nations and not cow to ISIS or any other radical group. He will call it like it is and everyone will know where they stand in the grand scheme of things.

Throughout my 20 years on active duty I always encouraged my soldiers to exercise their right to vote, but never tried to influenced for whom they voted.

I always felt that soldiers were smarter than the average Joe on the street in identifying real leaders for public office.

If trump become President I will leave this country. I will no longer want to be a citizen of this country anymore. Like I say Trump does not have a chance. I don't understand what his plans are for America or how he plans to defeat ISIS and other terrorist group. The only reason people are backing him up because he is rich and can do whatever he wants. Thats what privileged people do. Right? or am I right?
