HRC DD368 Timeline?

Currently in the Army IRR did 3 years active duty. Found out civilian life was not for me. Currently in the process of enlisting into the coast guard. My recruiter and O filled out the DD-368 and I sent it off to HRC just wandering the time line for this process. [login to see] Wanted to see if anyone knew if this was the correct email for HRC for this process. Sadly I could not call and confirm due to Covid-19 and no one manning the phones.
