HRC Portal and National Guard G1 site...can anyone access those outside of the .mil network?

I can log into HRC/iPerms but the portal no longer connects. I used to get there maybe within the past few months. Now that and the National Guard G1 site both wont connect. Is anyone else having this issue?

Sir, I accessed the G1 portal a couple days ago, but it is frequently down for long periods of time. I'm not able to access it right now either.

iPerms is not being friendly this week. I'm on ARNET and still getting frequently kicked out or having the site lock up.

I noticed these problems as well several months ago. I correlate it to the period of time where we had to update our CAC cards with an additional authorization cert. Then I was able to get my mil mail working again, but couldn't get into HRC to see the portal with my records and such. Nor can I get into the self service for my ORB, All of which generally worked before 2020, with only RCMS needing ARNET. Currently the only working sights for me are AKO, Mil Mail, and iPerms.
