I am about to submit my packet to volunteer for Army recruiting duty. Does anyone have any advice for ways to make my packet stand out?

Does anyone know what the percentages are on whether a packet gets selected? Or how likely you are to get a top-three choice in your preferred area to be assigned? I have been told that there is always a need for female recruiters. Does anyone know if this is true?

Truthful and honest. And when you put your top three choices of where you would like to go, be realistic and think about all aspects of that location, to include how you would live.
