Then the letters of recommendation. You may want to consider doing soldier of the month boards as an E4. I say this because it will put you on some of the people you will being asking for an lor froms radar in a good way. Take the SIFT Test, GT 110 or above, flight physical, perfect vision, no mental (behavioral heath) issues, get recommendations, and complete the warrant officer packet!
