I am currently working on my Flight Warrant packet. Does having more LORs, than the required three, benefit my packet?

Never dropped a packet, so take this for what it is worth...

I would recommend including at most one extra. If you have more than that, then select the strongest to include. Getting extra just means you have more to choose from.

The specified LORs are requested because they provide the review boards insights from specific leadership positions that help indicate your potential.

Unless an extra LOR provides an extraordinary point of view, that is not already included in one or more of the other letters, I don't know if there is really any value.

What I would not do is include more just to have more.

If the extra LoR is coming from a significant source andnis relevant to the job, I say add it.
