It was brought to my attention that IAW AR 40-501, narcolepsy is disqualifying. It’s been a month and I just got a higher dose of my medication. Will I really be sent for MEB? Or will I be fine if it is controlled? I’m trying to see if anyone knows or has an experience with this, since I just reuped for 6 more years. I am diagnosed with narcolepsy and I just got a higher dose of medication. Will I get referred to a MEB? 2017-12-10T05:20:29-05:00 SGT Private RallyPoint Member 3159756 <div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>I recently had a sleep study done and my MSLT results revealed I have narcolepsy. Hopefully he or she waits to see what the Dr.s say about the treatment and how well it is working for you. Response by SGT David A.
