MSG (Join to see) you should check out CW3 Michael Danberry , he runs the website militarycac.com which is far and away the most comprehensive website in detailing what will and will not work with CAC and civilian computer products.

Stick with the Mac and then load a browser that works. I.E. will run on a Mac along with a whole bunch of betters browser. The Website does not care what OS you are running.

Yes, you still use a MAC . You should purchase a CAC card reader for MAC. Go to militarycac.com to find all other instructions.

I have to agree with SFC Orender. No reason to spend extra money on a computer when your Mac will work just fine.

I say get a refurb laptop off amazon, wipe the hard drive, upgrade the RAM, and put Linux Mint XFCE on it, but I don't know how well CACs and linux play.
