What does the reclass course consist of and What should I expect during drill? I am moving from active to Reserves and decided to reclass to 31B. What are my chances of going AGR as a 31B? 2021-12-28T09:34:57-05:00 SSG Private RallyPoint Member 7444559 <div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>I am being placed in a L&amp;O unit and I’m not to sure what that means. That sounds like a much longer road to 20. You might be sitting around for a year or two waiting for your class seat at 31B school. AGR&#39;s drive admin and planning. Any other MOS/Branch in the AGR are still bogged down in Admin and Planning exercises for the TPUs. But I came into recruiting, then became AGR after 4 months. I suggest finding the units around you and go introduce yourself. The people within the unit can notify you of any openings before they hit the system. It’s not promised but it’s possible. There are AGR slots for MP’s but is generally consists of operations or training NCO’s. Reclass course is 29 days and it is taught at Ft Hunter Liggett CA, not sure if the RTI’s teach it as well Response by SFC Private RallyPoint Member made Jan 14 at 2022 9:33 AM 2022-01-14T09:33:30-05:00 2022-01-14T09:33:30-05:00 1SG Private RallyPoint Member 7612993 <div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>Your chances are very good, i did the same thing and retired AGR with the National Guard Response by 1SG Private RallyPoint Member made Apr 7 at 2022 12:22 PM 2022-04-07T12:22:50-04:00 2022-04-07T12:22:50-04:00 2021-12-28T09:34:57-05:00
