46S is a PCS length school, you'll get orders to PCS there a few months prior to your start date. Once you are there you can work with your gaining branch manager for the next assignment

If your Reclass is long enough, you should receive Orders for TDY En Route. You should receive orders a little bit of a spell prior to reporting to your new AIT. Once you get your orders, you should be scheduled to attend a Levy Brief. All should be explained at that time. That is also the time to ask questions. If your AIT is long enough, you may be able to bring your family to your AIT location....or move them to your Follow On Assignment (if indicated/known). Again, the Levy Brief should explain all.
