I am scheduled for reclass in March. Where can I obtain the certificates needed for 25B Information Technology?

Can't answer your specific question, but if I was going into IT today it would be in the security area - huge demand in the civilian world.

I would say go check with the education center for security plus test.....

All the training you need is for free through E Army learning in skillport. Make should you study and take the practice exams as many times as it takes to get 80% or better on successive attempts. Also google Professor Messior for more free training. I would find someone in the 25B MOS and ask if the school house doesn't test you out for these certs during training.

You don't need any certificates to attend 25B school. Once you are a 25B there are opportunities for Sec+ that your unit may pay for. Otherwise, TA will pay for some certificates and so will your GI Bill

Go to skillport and work on security +, and network +. Also, if you happen to be on Facebook there’s a group called signal leaders network that people post a lot of test dumps and study guides in the files section. You can use those as preps

I was an instructor at Dixon Hall: which is the school house you will be attending.
I can provide you with information and answer all your questions as well as what to expect when you report, where to go etc etc... I am still stationed in the Brigade just not at the school house (did my time LOL) as I am preparing to PCS.
