Then google search "base name" + field artillery and you will easily see which posts have FA units. I bet almost all of them use 13B

Fort example, take Ft Carson, CO. the google search brings up 2-77th, 2-12th, and 3-29th FAResponse by 1SG Private RallyPoint Member made Dec 5 at 2017 3:49 AM2017-12-05T03:49:08-05:002017-12-05T03:49:08-05:00SFC James William Bolt [ 40 Yards ]3145819

A 13B IS FIELD ARTILLERY All Division have artillery unit assign to the division in direct support role to the combat arms unit. From there, go to "Duty Position" search and sort by your grade, status, and MOS. This tool will show you all authorizations for MOS's and what posts they are located at. Keep in mind, this displays authorizations, it does not mean that all of those authorizations are currently available. It should still help with your question.
