Sorry to break it to you if you are not aware sir, but officer appointments and promotions in the guard (including warrant officers) can take up to six months or even longer sometimes to get FEDREC&#39;d, even after your state has cut you orders. Have you checked the ARNG G1 website to check your status? Make sure that he also includes your signed NGB Form 337 (NG OATHS OF OFFICE) as that will be needed as well. This will help expedite your NGB 0123E (FEDREC) and code you in the system. I commissioned in December and didn&#39;t get FEDREC until April.<br /><br />All of your pay will be backpaid and everything with be backdated. And if you&#39;re worried about BOLC, if they send you while you&#39;re still an E-5, that will just accelerate the process to getting promoted to O-1. It happened to a buddy of mine who got sent to Engineering BOLC while still and &quot;E-5&quot; despite being commissioned for two months. Needless to say he got FEDREC before I did.
