My tour in Korea and Germany were not enumerated in block 18, but the overseas times was captured in block 12.

If your 1996 deployment to Saudi Arabia or Kuwait were authorized imminent danger pay, then yes they should be listed in block 18 as "Saudi Arabia 19 [login to see] 0601" or something like that. The Desert Storm period of service ended in 1995, then the Intrinsic Action series of "exercises" were put underway to maintain the Force presence and deter Iraq. Were you awarded the AFEM or SWA Campaign Medal? Did you participate in Operation Desert Fox? Not sure if that rates a qualifying period.

Recommend retagging your post with DD214, 6-52 ADA, and Operation Intrinsic Action. Looking at AR600-8-22 dated 2019 table 2-4 for the AFEM, it appears all of 1996 is in the award period for the AFEM for Intrinsic Action if you were under Central Command control.
