In March, after my old ETS date, I found out that I had lost Tricare and all my benefits as it shows that I ETS&#39;d in DEERS. I contacted my Readiness NCO/Career Counselor and she explained to me that the TXARNG is switching from SIDPERS to IPPS-A and that my contract never made it into DEERS due to the information being transferred, but my State J-1 had received it. I was directed to call NGB-DEERS Project Office, however, they seem to have closed due to the COVID-19 mania. And the DEERS Help Desk Civillians are no help as they direct me back to the NGB project office. Are there any possible solutions to this issue? I have lost TRICARE Reserve Select &amp; Dental, as well as my Life Insurance, and I am unable to be mobilized when the time comes. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Make sure it is the signed copy. Next, go to your readiness NCO with said paperwork. The good news is that this can be fixed. The bad news is that it can be a long process, I believe it was two-months before I received my back pay.
