I found a Joint Staff Permanent Order in my iPerms for the Joint Meritorious Unit Award that doesn’t name my unit. Am I authorized it?

JMUA is only for the Staff of a Joint unit not attached units.

What likely happened is someone else added it to their file and it was put in yours accidentally.

Check your deployment orders and see what unit you were truly assigned to and if you have a position on a Joint Manning Document (JMD). The center you were in still maybe part of ISAF HQs
