I got an Article 15 and served my punishment. What can I do if my Chain of Command keeps trying to set me up for failure?

So I need some advice on a situation I’ve had for some time now I got an article 15 for fighting and getting arrested for it not the first time this had happend no alcohol was involved but I took an article 15 for it got demoted and extra duty I took it and every day for my extra duty that made me stay late till cq was off work at 5 pm then I went straight to extra duty I didn’t really care I earned my punishment etc I finished extra duty no problem but every day for the past 3 months they’ve been keeping me early even though my platoon gets off at 1 my team leader and sqd leader want me to stay late every day with cq and I get off with them I did my punishment I said sorry the article 15 is suppose to be the end of it but it’s still going on they told me they hate me and they wana getvme kicked out on dishonorable and idk what to do at this point I don’t think I’ve really done much but just continue to get into fights and that was the last fight I got into I haven’t done a single thing since then but now the word is they wana push a chapter on me I just wana know if there is a way to just get them to stop this bc idk what I’ve done at this point but take my punishment ?

Just an observation...my technique was to give a young troop enough rope to hang themselves -- the paperwork is easy to process after that. The fact that they keep you around is a sign -- to me -- that they want to keep YOU around. Keep doing the right thing and things should get better. It isn't going to be an instant gratification situation -- slog through it. If it doesn't get better in the next few months, then reevaluate the situation and perhaps use the open door policy with your compelling, empirical evidence... Good luck
