Pay attention to your ERB, my 1st SGT placed a flag to stop my out processing that coded as pending AR-15, when I went to the IG he had already been there ahead of me and there wasn&#39;t much help. My Company Commander had the flag removed when he found it to be bogus. Your walking the fine line, just don&#39;t miss any mandatory appointments.
