I have 5 years as a reservist and I just commisioned and going AD. Will I get O1e pay?

Only if you have 4 years of Federal Active Service.
What you will have is a leg up on your peers as you will max out O1 pay, O2 pay when you make it and have a big jump at all future promotions because of your extra time.

LTC (Join to see), O1-E pay also applies to reservists IAW with the FMR provided by the DOD Comptroller. There are other requirements that must be met as a Reserve or National Guard member. Although it is easier for someone with at least four (4) of active service, a reservist or national guardsman can also benefit.
