LCpl Cody Collins From what you have stated below, this is a scam, and your friend needs to stop sending gifts to this person, and break off all contact.

If she's in the Army then she's on Global.
If it is a scam, let her command know.
She shouldn't be giving her address it randomly, it could become a security risk.
