A 1506 will fix his TIS, however he date of rank will be his first day of army active service. My TIS DOES count. TIG did start over from the time I joined the Army. But you have to make sure the PS guy has all of his paperwork to take to schwaun (S1) to make sure everything is right. He is also authorized wear of any and all awards he received from the USMC.
