I have an honorable discharge from the US Army and I was wondering how I go about getting a waiver for an RE-Code of 3?

Previously joined, and was discharged, from the Army. I finished basic but did not technically finish AIt for 68W. I MEB'd out. Now, I'd like to try and reenlist. My DD214 code is a 3 which means I would need a waiver. I was wondering if I could get some insight on the difficulties on getting the waiver and what the process would be like.
