I have an NCO with 4 months of overlapping rated time on two NCOERs. How do we fix this?

On NCOER is 20 [login to see] 0930 and the other is 20 [login to see] 0201

You have to reach to hrc to remove the most recent one due to admin errors, than the CoC will have to correct the dates and sign again, and resubmit. Sadly, it is a pity that we as NCOs are required to sign for the admin data and your NCO failed to do that.
