If you haven&#39;t, that is probably why. If you have, then it can be simply explained that the system hasn&#39;t updated yet. Relax young troop, this won&#39;t affect your chances of making SPC.......as you have six months to go for that. And as long as you have paper documents, you are good. Your ERB will update with the effective date of rank and that, as well as your time in service, will determine your promotion date to E4.
