I have cold sore outbreaks that happen once a year. Will I be able to enlist into the Marines?

I have HSV-1 (Non-STD) which is what a cold sore is. Only thing is I get 7 or 8 of them and my mouth gets cut up and raw. I have medicine that I can take which will keep them from getting worse and go away in 5-7 days.
