I have heard there is no High Year Tenure (RCP) in the National Guard. Does that mean a SGT can go all the way to 20 years, 30 years?

It's been done. Of course at that point, assuming your try to remain you will be EQRB'd out.

I saw a SPC make it to 16 years before getting a bar to re-enlistment. The bar should have been put in place long before he made it that far. I know a SSG with around 30 years time in service, as well as a SFC with 42 or 43 years in.

I have seen people retire out at 60yo. And age to receive your retirement pay is age 60. Bad part about it is, there is NO way to collect early, you only get base/post privileges until you hit 60.
