HRC no longer mails retirement packets to your home of record, so you need to either call them or do on their website to get them to send it. Fill it out and send it back with all the addition documents and wait for your checks to be deposited. As a note, NGB and HRC personnel systems didn&#39;t talk to each other very well, so I would make sure that you have credit for all of your points and years, so copied of DD214 and NGB22 and your records regarding points.
