The higher the points, the sooner you go. This is because the higher the points the more likely you are to make cut off scores.<br />There is a packet that needs to be completed and turned in. I do know that Reservists have the opportunity to do DL NCOA courses. One of my Soldiers is doing eBLC (emergency BLC). Currently I was told it will be on squad leader’s recommendation for who is ready to go to blc because oml isn’t how its working right now. So talk to you squad leader. <br /><br />There is a online BLC currently. That being said NO ONE will look after your advancement better than you. While it may fall on your chain of command or senior NCOs to get you added to the OML for schools, it would behoove you to personally check that you have in fact been added.
